1. How long does it take to process my order?
We process orders within 2-3 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
2. When will my order ship?
Once processed, your order will ship either the same day or the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
7. How will I receive my refund?

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
